artBreak

Literary Arts, Visual Arts, Musical Arts

Bucs are invited to enter the artBreak competitions each spring, sponsored by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council.  artBreak is the largest student arts festival in the South. In the Literary Arts competition, writings can be submitted for poetry or prose. Get details at the SRAC website.

Commendations to all the Bucs who participated in artBreak 2014, sponsored by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council. Two Bucs placed in the Literary Arts category and four in the Visual Arts categories; they were honored at an awards ceremony on April 27 at the Shreveport Convention Center. Miranda also entered a portfolio of six pieces of writing.
