History: Gossip with the facts left in!

Hi!  My name is Kathy Allison.  I teach US history, AP U. S. history (APUSH), and AP Government and Politics (GOPO).

Just a little about me -- I attended Bossier Parish schools, graduated from LSUS with a major in English and History, and began teaching English at HHS in 1997.  I taught English for 14 years and moved to the social studies department 7 years ago.  I am married and have two children and 4 grands.  I love to be in the mountains and outdoors.

I am available to you before school, after school and during 2nd lunch.  You can email me anytime and I will answer as soon as I can.  I want to help you to be successful.

Parents:  I am available for you if you have any concerns or questions about the content, class or assignments. Please email me if you have any questions.  I look forward to talking to you during the semester.
