Dress Days for Homecoming 2017

Disney Dress Days


Monday-- “Monday U”:  Students will dress in college gear (t-shirts and jersey’s).  Must follow the theme in order to dress out. School uniform bottoms must be worn. Hats must be removed in the classroom.

Tuesday--“Tiana’s Fat Tuesday”: Students will dress in Mardi Gras attire (Purple, Green, Gold shirts, beads, and Mardi Gras masks) with school uniform bottoms. Masks must be removed in the classroom.

Wednesday— “Woody’s Round Up Wednesday”: Students will dress in their best western apparel (boots, hats, flannel, etc.) Medium to dark blue jeans are ALLOWED on this day ONLY, but must have no rips, tears, patches, studs, writing or holes. No jean shorts are allowed.  Belts should be worn. Must follow the theme in order to dress out. Hats must be removed in the classroom.

Thursday--“Ohana Day”: Students will dress in Hawaiian gear. No swimsuits. Full attire is acceptable but must be worn over a school uniform and all guidelines are followed.

Friday-- “Mickey and Minnie’s Pep Rally”:  Students will dress in Haughton spirit shirts or Homecoming shirt and will be allowed to wear Mickey Mouse ears. Must follow dress guidelines!

*Please note that all students must follow the uniform dress guidelines as denoted in the handbook; during this week,  shirts that are not made to be tucked in may be worn untucked at the teacher’s and administration’s discretion.  Anything that is not school appropriate will not be allowed or the student will have to change or be sent home. WHEN IN DOUBT…DON’T WEAR IT
