Purchase of Temporary Internet Passes Pays Off Fines

The Bossier Parish public libraries are offering temporary internet usage passes for patrons who have fines.
Once a day, patrons can purchase a pass for $1; the pass allows the patron to use the internet at that library branch for 2 hours that day.  The $1 goes toward paying the total fine owed. This can be great for patrons who have been unable to use the computers at the public library because of outstanding debt.
