Summer workouts will begin on June 9th.  We will work out every Monday and Wednesday throughout the summer. Players with a star (*) by their names need to be at the field with glove, cleats, and catcher's gear at 9AM.  The rest of the team should be at the track/weight room at 10AM.  Be sure to eat a small breakfast (granola bar, banana, pop tart, etc), wear appropriate clothing and shoes, and bring water. New players will need to pick up a LHSAA physical contract or print one from the softball page. This form MUST be filled out and completed by a physician before the first workout. If a new player is unable to get a physical before the 9th, that player must still be present at workouts but will not participate. Be prepared to work hard and have a good attitude. Our goal is to get faster and stronger!  Please read over the player contract and review the attendance policy for absences.
