Chris just wrapped up an incredible season by taking 3rd place overall at the CMP National Championships in Ohio, competing against 150 of the top athletes in the country. Fick represented Air Force JROTC, the State of Louisiana, Bossier Schools, and Haughton High School well, earning a two-day point total personal best of 1104, a new team record and a check for $500.00.
"Chris held up under immense pressure... I'm looking forward to seeing what next year has in store," said Coach Col. Tony Zucco.
Way to represent Bossier Parish and the State of Louisiana, Chris!

Good morning!
If you will be picking up meals today as part of the curbside summer feeding program, please be aware the delivery trucks are running late and pickups will be delayed until approximately 8 a.m. This affects all sites, with the exception of Parkway, which will open at the normal time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

👉 Use caution and slow down when you see flashing lights in front of a school, and treat it as an active school zone (because it is!)
Summer school is now in session!
Thank you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT ACT INFO:
Bossier Schools has been informed by ACT they are rescoring the state and district spring ACT taken online during the school day and removing scores from students’ MyACT accounts today. The spring ACT was administered by Bossier Schools the week of March 24.
ACT ensures student scores will NOT be lower than what was previously released. When scores are available again, composite and section scores will remain the same OR go up slightly based on individual student performance. ACT anticipates making the revised scores available no later than June 2.
There is no action you need to take. ACT will post revised scores on MyACT and resend scores to students’ schools. If a student previously opted to send scores via ACT to a college, university or scholarship-awarding organization, they will also be sent any updated scores.
ACT apologizes for the inconvenience and will provide updated communication to Bossier Schools once students’ revised scores are uploaded to online reporting.
